Shipping policy
To facilitate your purchasing experience from Soie23, here is some important information on shipping:
Shipping Cost:The shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page after adding the products to your cart. Orders are processed by our logistics within 1-2 working days from the date they are registered in our system.
Italy: In Italy, delivery usually takes place within 2-6 working days from the order being placed with the courier. However, in the regions of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, delivery may take an extra day.
Italia: € 8,00 free shipping > € 500,00
Europe: For orders in Europe, delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days from the order being handed over to the courier. In some remote areas, delivery may take an extra day.
Europa: € 20,00 free shipping > € 500,00
Extra - EU: For shipments outside the EU, delivery generally takes place within 2-6 working days from the order being assigned to the courier. As with Europe, an additional day may be required in remote areas. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (CET).
Extra UE: € 40,00 free shipping > € 600,00
Remember that we do not ship or deliver on weekends and national holidays. During periods of sales or promotions, shipping times may extend. We recommend that you provide an address where someone can pick up the package. If you wish to receive the order in the office or at a concierge, make sure to indicate the name of the contact person.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification note with instructions for collecting the goods or will try to make two further delivery attempts. Additionally, you will receive a tracking code via email upon shipment, allowing you to track the status of your order.
During delivery, we advise you to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered in any way, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or straps metallic).
If you experience package damage or missing items, please contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery. For missing items, it provides detailed information.
If you do not receive your package, please contact us no later than 14 days after shipment. Our couriers do their best to ensure timely and intact delivery, but in exceptional cases, our intervention may be necessary.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be paid by the recipient. We recommend that you contact your country's customs authorities to verify import costs and limitations.
