Right of withdrawal:

The items must be returned in the same original conditions: intact, unwashed and in the original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging, documentation, labels, tags, seals, etc.).
It is not possible to exercise the withdrawal on a separate part of the purchased product, such as accessories.
Please keep the tags attached if you wish to return an item.
Return Procedure:
You will receive an email confirming your return request with an associated RMA number, a pre-paid label to apply to the package and a return list.
If you are shipping from a country outside the European Union, you will also receive a proforma invoice.
Insert the return list in the package to facilitate recognition and speed up the refund.
Apply the pre-filled return label to the package, covering any other labels present.
Organize the collection of the package at home via the courier or deliver it to a nearby service point. You will find contact information on the site.

Remember that the first return is free, but shipping will be at your expense.
In case of further returns on the same order, you can choose to use the Soie23 return label at a cost of 7.00 euros
Reimbursement:
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we will carry out the necessary checks.
If successful, you will receive an email confirming the return and refund processing.
The refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the goods via the same payment method used for the order.

In case of defective or non-compliant products, please contact our customer care, providing all the necessary information, including the order number and photos of the product labels. Wait for a response from customer care before proceeding with shipping the product.
